SUMMARY:Youth Summer Bleeding Disorders Camp
DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR 2023 - \n\nCheck back for next y
 ear typical registration period will be March-May 2024\n\nAre you eligible
  to attend camp? Criteria is as follows:\n\n 	Campers must be affected wit
 h a diagnosed bleeding disorder to attend.\n 	Campers must live within our
  service area\n 	Campers must be 6-17 years of age and 6 year olds must ha
 ve completed kindergarten by June of 2023\n\nTo be eligible to attend camp
  you must have a diagnosed bleeding disorder.\n\nBleeding disorders is def
 ined as follows:  Someone diagnosed with and treated for a bleeding disor
 der who has a treatment plan and that plan is then followed for bleeding e
 pisodes.  This plan would be written by a Hemophilia Treatment Center (HT
 C) or a physician who specializes in hematology not part of the HTC.\n\nDo
  you have someone in your household that is age 6 – 17 that has a bleedi
 ng disorder and meets the above criteria?  If yes\, please proceed with r
 egistration.  If no\, we are sorry you are not eligible for this camp.\n\
 nBleeding Disorders  Summer Camp is designed for families that live daily
  with bleeding disorders and reside in the organizations service area.\n\n
 HOI service area is defined as someone who resides in the state of Iowa an
 d has a bleeding disorder or lives outside of the state of Iowa but receiv
 es care at the UIHC Hemophilia Treatment Center.\n\nDo you have someone in
  your household that is age 6 – 17 that has a bleeding disorder and meet
 s the above criteria?  If yes\, please proceed with registration.  If no
 \, we are sorry you are not eligible for this camp.\n\nFamilies are invite
 d to include one guest in addition to those with bleeding disorders. Guest
 s must be between the age of 6 and 17.\n\nDeadline to REGISTER for camp is
