Join the bleeding disorders community from across the country at this optional National Event hosted by the Hemophilia Federation of America (HFA). This multi-day event offers education, advocacy, networking, and connection opportunities for individuals and families impacted by bleeding disorders.
Please note: Registration and travel costs are the responsibility of the attendee. However, scholarship applications are available through HFA, and Bleeding Disorders of the Heartland (BDH) offers a travel stipend for individuals who attend.
