APPLICATIONS for 2025 Camp are OPEN and CLOSE May 20, 2025
Camp is June 15-20th at Camp Tanager in Mount Vernon, Iowa.
Camp provides an opportunity for campers to bond with peers as they learn to manage their chronic medical condition under medical supervision. Campers learn to self-infuse or treat themselves to help gain confidence and feel empowered to be an advocate for their condition.
- Campers must be affected with a diagnosed bleeding disorder to attend.
- Campers must be 6-17 years of age and 6-year-olds must have completed kindergarten by June of 2025.
- Campers can bring a support person who falls within the age range. (fees will apply)
Once you apply and pay you will be sent a code to register with Camp Tanager. (You will receive the email within 2 business days) If financial assistance is needed, please reach out to Brooke at [email protected] before applying.
