Program Description: Starting with the initial diagnosis of a bleeding disorder, a family embarks on adventures only other families with chronic health conditions can understand. Many times, on the adventure, the important information isn’t easy to understand or navigate. We have an outline to share that can serve as a map for families as the embark on this adventure called life with a chronic medical condition.
